Anger is a normal and healthy human emotion. However, when anger becomes difficult to manage, it can affect relationships, work, family life, and overall wellbeing.

These sessions are educational, practical, and personalised. You'll learn about the purpose of anger, how your brain and nervous system respond during moments of frustration, and the patterns that can lead to reactive or unhelpful behaviours. Together, we'll identify your personal triggers, recognise early warning signs, and develop strategies to respond with greater awareness, self-control, and confidence.

Sessions may include understanding the physiology of anger, identifying triggers and underlying emotions, recognising unhelpful thinking patterns, emotional regulation skills, communication and conflict resolution techniques, problem-solving strategies, stress reduction, and building healthier ways to respond during challenging situations.

Anger Education & Management sessions are designed to help you better understand your emotional responses and develop practical skills to express anger in healthy, constructive ways.

Initial sessions are 80 minutes ($125) designed to explore and understand your specific circumstances in detail.

Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes $100.

Initial session can be booked online.

A package option of three subsequent sessions is available for purchase in advance for $270, following your initial session.
