General Counselling Sessions are a safe and non-judgemental space to work through most concerns.

An initial session is 75 minutes and designed to understand and explore the current challenges you are facing. Often this process alone can be helpful by simply lightening the load and getting it off your chest.

Further sessions are 60 minutes and work on building strategies.
